Pallava Group is investing ₹1,000 crore to build a state-of-the-art man-made fibre (MMF) manufacturing plant at the PM-MITRA Textile Park in Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu. Spanning over 1,000 acres, the park offers plug-and-play infrastructure, zero-liquid-discharge effluent treatment, reliable power and water supplies, and worker housing.
Building on its current global footprint serving over 40 countries with viscose spun yarn and synthetic fabrics, the new facility will concentrate on modern offerings like viscose, modal, and blended yarns. This expansion aims to capture rising worldwide demand for durable, performance-oriented textiles across apparel, sportswear, and technical applications, while driving local employment and reinforcing India's international supply chain position.
